Normally, most items are ready to ship and will ship out within three business days. Transit time will depend on the shipping type you choose at checkout. I offer USPS shipping using priority mail or ground advantage.

I can meet up locally to deliver to known local customers by appointment.

Some items are made to order and that information will be included in the description of the item. Fulfillment for made to order items is usually up to two weeks depending on if I have to order product to make the item. For example if I don’t have the patterned wood depicted I will have to order and receive it before I can complete the item. My suppliers ship quickly for the most part. If there is to be any delay I will let you know.

I am a small business owner and I create most of the items I sell. I do use technology to make items such as a laser printer and a 3D printer. In some cases I design items from scratch. Also, there are many makers and designers who sell or share their files for crafters like myself to print and sell. I decide the styles, patterns and colors as well as assemble and finish items by hand as needed. Any paintings or fused glass items I have listed are created by me and/or hand painted by me. As a maker I am delighted when someone appreciates what I offer and buys the items from my shop. I appreciate all of my customers and supporters. Making makes me happy!

Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to love your handmade purchase! Because our items are crafted by hand, please review our policy below:

• Standard Items: if there is a problem with the item you received, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the delivery so I can address your concerns and try to correct the issue. Any items received damaged will be handled as stated below.

• Condition: Items that are accepted for return as above must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service.

• Custom & Personalized Orders: All custom, altered, or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
